We are open year round with closures on major holidays and for special private events throughout the year.

No, you do not have to make a reservation; however, we do recommend a reservation. We recommend reservations especially for larger groups and on nights that we have live entertainment as it fills up quickly.

We love for our venue to be photographed. We do ask that you call our office and speak with a member of our team to make sure that we don’t have other things scheduled and to clarify what times are available to take pictures.

Yes, you may as long as weather permits.

You can buy wine by the glass or bottle while at The Winerie. We have a full liquor license and therefore offer a full bar as well. No outside alcohol is permitted on our property.

Absolutely. We are ADA compliant with gently sloping ramps entering into The Winerie.

We serve a full menu so we kindly ask that you do not bring any outside food for regular dining and visits.

Children are welcome to visit and dine at The Winerie at any time, but please remember that not all event performances are child friendly.

No. Dogs and any other kind of pet are not permitted on The Winerie property.

We allow smoking, but all smoking must be done at least 75 feet away from any and all entrances of the building. You are not permitted to smoke on the outdoor patio. Guests are encouraged to extinguish smoke products in proper smoking containers to ensure safety and avoid a fire hazard.

Absolutely. The Winerie hosts many community non-profit fundraisers throughout the year. Have your organizer call us at (419) 502-1290 and we will be happy to host your fundraiser for you.

Yes, we can host rehearsal dinners at The Winerie.  The back room of The Winerie can hold up to 60 guests comfortably. If you'd like to rent the entire venue space, we can hold up to 100 guests.

We can offer catering by our team which will be priced per person or you can bring in an outside licensed caterer.

Dates are based upon availability and must be confirmed by a member of our team.

All deposits must be paid with check or cash.

No, we do not host graduation parties at this time.

Thank you for your interest in hosting a special occasion at The Winerie! Our back room can accommodate 60 people comfortably and is available to rent for private events during our business hours. We have (2) ways to host the event - hourly or per person. If you'd like to rent hourly, the fee is $125/hr (up to 4 hours) and you can bring an outside licensed caterer. If you'd like to pay per person, this option is available and your group would order our food that we carry in house.  We can also cater your event with a special menu just for you. If you'd like to get a quote for us to cater your event, please let us know what you would like for your event and we will quote you a price per person based on your food choices.   All deposits must be paid with cash or check. We offer tables, chairs, linens, and various decorations to utilize in the rental area. We do have a special catering menu. For private events, you can choose to have guests order from our regular menu or we can cater your event with a special menu just for you.

      4. Once we receive your form, we will provide you with a quote for your event rental for the venue and catering as a price per person based on your food choices.

There are (2) venue rental options at The Winerie.

      1. For events up to 60 people, our back room can comfortably accommodate this. The back room is available to rent during our business hours and can be rented based on a price per person with food provided from our regular menu or by the hour at $125 per hour (up to 4 hours) and you can bring in an outside caterer.
      2. For events up to 200 people, our entire venue can be rented out.
    1. Outdoor space for up to 100 people is $750.
    2. Back Room Rental for up to 60 people is available during our regular business hours and can be rented in 2 ways:
      1. Pay Per Person -
      2. By The Hour - $125 per hour (up to 4 hours)
    3. Entire Venue for up to 200 people

Catering for any of the above rental options:  We can cater your event at an additional cost - pricing would be per person and would depend on your food choices.  Or, you are welcome to bring in an outside licensed caterer.

Alcohol/Liquor: All alcohol/liquor must be purchased through The Winerie. We have a full liquor license and can accommodate your requests. No outside alcohol is permitted on our property.

Yes. A DJ could be either indoor or outdoor for your event.

Yes, we do host weddings, vow renewals, elopements or wedding receptions at The Winerie. We can host your special event for up to 200 guests. Dates are based upon availability and must be confirmed by a member of our team. For the 2023-2024 Wedding Season, we book weddings on Saturdays. It's a one day rental for $6,500, with 25% due to hold the date with a signed contract. 50% is due 6 months before the event and the remaining 25% is due one month before the event.  All deposits must be paid with check or cash. Rental Details: The rental is for up to 14 hours. We can accommodate up to 200 people. Included in the pricing is our outdoor ceremony area and chairs, indoor reception area with tables, chairs, and linens, WiFi, AC/heat, venue coordinator onsite and various decorations. Alcohol is an additional cost through our full liquor license which is priced according to what you want to have at your event, no minimum bottles or cases. No outside alcohol is permitted on our property. You can bring in your own licensed caterer for food. If you are having your wedding and reception at The Winerie, the rental is for 14 consecutive hours from set-up to break down for your event. Additional hours, if available, can possibly be added for f fee. You may choose a morning, afternoon or evening ceremony, but your event will need to end by 10:00pm.

To hold your date, a signed contract and 25% security deposit is due with the contract. 50% is due 6 months before the event and the remaining 25% is due one month before the event.

Cancellation will result in forfeiture of your initial 25% deposit. You can find more information about our cancellation policy in our Wedding Contract.

Yes. When you book your wedding at The Winerie, we include an outdoor area with chairs if you’d like as part of your package.

Any outdoor amplified sound must stop at 10:00pm, but can continue inside until closing, as long as the doors to the venue stay closed. Non-amplified music (such as violin, harp, etc.) does not have any time restrictions.

The Winerie has a full liquor license and offers full bar service.  You have the option to do a cash bar or let guests pay for their own drinks. There are no minimum bottles or cases required. No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.

Yes we do allow dogs to be in the ceremony. After the ceremony they must be taken home.

Event signage may only be posted on The Winerie’s property for the day of your event. Please refer to our contract for more information.

Open flames are strictly NOT permitted, however, battery-operated candles and lanterns may be used for decoration. Other decorations may be used, but please keep in mind that any fixtures such as TV’s, lights, stereo equipment, pictures, etc. cannot be moved or altered. We do provide some decorations for use that are completely optional and available for your use.

Yes. There will be designated parking at The Winerie for your event and space for buses.

The Winerie provides food options, we do  have a special catering menu.

No. Unfortunately, we do not allow the use of fog/smoke machines on the property.

Set-up and break-down time is included in your total event time allotment. For weddings, you have a total of 14 hours for this rental. Please see our Wedding Contract for additional information.

The Winerie requires that all decorations, food, personal effects, and equipment used from an outside source are removed by the time stated on your rental agreement.

In case of inclement weather, we allow the use of inside The Winerie’s main dining area. Many wedding parties have also rented tents.

Yes. The Winerie provides the use of up to 100 chairs, and a variety of table seating options. Set-up and break down services for an extra fee.

The Winerie does not require that you purchase venue insurance for your event. However, you will be responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests.
